These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bravantix services, Info Products, and Goods. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
We provide tailored advisory support on personal and corporate tax optimization ("Services"). Details of Services are set in separate engagement agreements.
3. Info Products
We offer digital publications, courses, and guides on tax planning ("Info Products"). Access is granted upon fee confirmation.
4. Goods
We may supply branded materials or reference items ("Goods").
5. Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are as set in proposals or on-site listings. Fees are due before commencement of Services or Info Products access. For Goods, fees are due at purchase.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Reimbursement Policy
6.1 Advisory Services
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by notifying us at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled date. We will reimburse any pre-paid fees fully within ten (10) business days using the original payment channel. Sessions canceled less than seven (7) days in advance are non-reimbursable due to preparatory work and allocation of resources. However, clients may request a one-time reschedule within thirty (30) days at no extra charge.
6.2 Info Products
Clients may request a partial or full reimbursement within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, provided that they have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content. Requests should be sent via contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within ten (10) business days. No reimbursements are available after the 14-day window or if access exceeds 20% of total content.
6.3 Goods
Clients may send back undamaged Goods within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Shipping expenses for sending back are the client’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection of the Goods, we will reimburse the fee for the Goods (excluding shipping) within fifteen (15) business days via the original payment channel.
6.4 Non-Reimbursable Services
Certain one-off advisory sessions or customized reports involving substantial preparatory work are explicitly non-reimbursable. This is due to the immediate resource commitment and expertise allocation required to deliver personalized outputs. Such non-reimbursable items are clearly indicated in the engagement agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravantix shall not be liable for indirect or consequential effects arising from use of our offerings. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant Service, Info Product, or Good.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables are and remain the exclusive property of Bravantix. Clients are granted a limited license to use materials for internal purposes only.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data and strategies. All information shared is protected under applicable privacy regulations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
